The hike with the freedom-loving adventurer Vilde Vollevik through Norways Jotunheimen National Park was an unforgettable experience. With minimal photographic equipment, but enough for an overnight stay on the Sognefjell, we faced the challenges of nature. The tour turned out to be a typical Norwegian mountain adventure. At first the sun shone warmly and invitingly, but soon clouds gathered and the sky darkened. Sudden rain accompanied us on our way, followed by surprising snowfall that transformed the landscape into a winter wonderland. We literally experienced all four seasons in one day. The variety of weather conditions gave us the unique opportunity to capture the beauty of Norwegian nature in all its facets. Vilde, with her adventurous spirit and adaptability, was the perfect companion for this unpredictable adventure. Photographing under such dynamic conditions was a special challenge, but also an unrivalled experience. The results reflect the magic of this journey and tell the story of a breathtaking landscape that transformed into many facets in a very short space of time. It was a journey full of contrasts that brought us closer to the impressive beauty and unpredictability of Norwegian nature.
